These terms are the agreement between us. Using the app means accepting them, so they are worth reading.

What the service does
The app helps couples plan a wedding: a checklist, budget tracking, a place to keep vendors and their quotes, and a gallery of concepts.
We are a planning tool. We do not produce weddings, do not provide wedding services, and are not a party to any agreement you sign with a vendor.
Your account
The service is for people aged 18 and over. Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
A wedding account can be shared with your partner. Everyone with access sees the same information.
What you write
What you write in the app stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to run the service for you.
The app itself — its structure, design, text and concepts — is ours.
Vendors and quotes
The vendor list is information for your convenience. Appearing on it is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a guarantee of quality, price or availability.
Any agreement with a vendor is made directly between you and them. We are not a party to it, do not collect on their behalf, and are not responsible for their performance. Amounts you record in the app are your own notes for tracking.
Payment and upgrading
Some features are free. Upgrading to premium is a one-time payment that does not renew and does not expire — there is no subscription to cancel later.
The price is [[premiumPrice]], including VAT. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Under Israeli consumer protection law, a distance purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction details, whichever is later. We will refund the payment, less any cancellation fee the law permits.
To cancel, write to [[supportEmail]]. Premium features stop when the cancellation is processed; the content you created stays.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Task templates, budget estimates and suggestions are general starting points, not professional advice. The decisions, and the responsibility for them, are yours.
Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
We may limit or close an account that is misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that harms other people.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top. For a significant change, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of [[jurisdiction]] have exclusive jurisdiction.
